Hi, I’m Erica! I’m a creative leader who builds and scales in-house brand and creative teams for high-growth technology companies. I bring together brand strategy, storytelling, design, and operations to help companies show up with more clarity, consistency, and impact across campaigns, events, video, digital, and emerging channels.

I’ve led rebrands, global campaigns, executive storytelling, and brand systems through major growth moments, including two IPOs. I’m passionate about building creative teams that are connected, trusted, and able to move quickly without losing the quality of the work. That means creating the systems, culture, and clarity that help great work happen at scale.
