Challenge
New Relic needed a way to bring its observability platform to life for a broader audience. While the product was powerful, its value was often explained through highly technical language that didn’t resonate beyond developers. The challenge was to show, in a relatable way, how New Relic helps teams accelerate workflows, resolve issues faster, and improve performance.

Approach
I led the creative direction and production of a live-action video designed to humanize New Relic’s platform. Through real-world scenarios and clear storytelling, we demonstrated how developers and teams gain real-time insights that drive speed, reliability, and efficiency. The narrative focused on tangible benefits while staying aligned with the company’s brand identity and tone.
