Brand Campaign/2024
Operations Intervention (re)introduces PagerDuty and its category-defining Operations Cloud to business decision-makers through a bold, memorable, and action-driving brand campaign. Our goal was twofold: to raise awareness of the Operations Cloud and to clearly communicate its value in a way that compels decision-makers to take the next step in their journey with PagerDuty.
Partnering with our agency Instrument, we created a campaign that delivers urgent, attention-grabbing boldness, infused with sly humor and wrapped in a clear, instructional design concept that drives action. The creative and messaging have been deployed globally across digital, social, and OOH channels, video, audio, web, event experiences, and more, ensuring maximum impact and engagement.
As the driving force behind this campaign, I led the strategy, hired and engaged Instrument as our creative agency, and guided the creative direction from concept to execution—securing alignment and approvals from key stakeholders and leadership.
