I led the development of PagerDuty’s first broadcast TV spot, bringing on Owen Jones as the agency to bring our vision to life. We crafted a compelling, dramatic narrative that wove together key elements of PagerDuty’s brand to showcase a high-stakes product use case—underscoring the urgent, mission-critical nature of digital operations management.
Notable mention: we needed to navigate the complexities of producing a premium-quality commercial across multiple locations during COVID-19. Despite the challenges, we successfully delivered :60, :30, and :15 versions of the spot, ensuring optimal reach and impact across key advertising channels. This spot debuted on CNBC in September of 2021.
