PagerDuty Office Design
Branding & Interior Design

The Challenge:
As PagerDuty grew globally, our offices needed to evolve beyond functional workplaces. The goal was to create environments that supported collaboration and flexibility while embodying our company values, fostering inclusion, and showcasing the brand to employees, customers, and partners.

The Solution:
I led the design of our offices in San Francisco, Toronto, Atlanta, Lisbon, and London, partnering with Workplace and People teams to bring culture and brand into every space. Each project combined branding, interior design, and environmental storytelling, including furniture, artwork, finishes, and impactful brand moments. Spaces were designed for flexibility, customer focus, and collaboration, ensuring they could adapt as teams and ways of working evolved. We collaborated with local artists to bring in custom installations that not only made our spaces unique but also paid tribute to the character and community of each city.

The Impact:

  • Delivered inspiring, functional spaces that instilled pride in employees and reinforced identity

  • Designed for hybrid collaboration, inclusion, and innovation

  • Strengthened customer connections through intentionally designed spaces for partnership and co-creation

  • Achieved a consistent global brand experience across five offices
